WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Support Internal Partners with Tier 2 level card account operations via phone and email
- Assist Internal Partners and their clients in completing tasks that include but are not limited to:
- Initial boarding of clients on TSYS card system and set-up of Accounts on Online Platforms
- Support Internal Partner and Client experience with various complex CNB online platform requests
- Engage vendor partners by opening tickets within the vendors ticketing systems to help mitigate client issues
- Be knowledgeable in card processes and know when to direct internal partners to the appropriate colleagues or teams to best answer the partner and/or their client's questions
- Handle client service requests via CNB service ticketing system – services to include, but are not limited to:
- Credit balance refund requests
- Supporting product features
- Maintenance of accounts
- Support Clients within the departmental assigned SLA's
- Adhere to all CNB and federal/regulatory compliance standards
- Provide support to all teams within the Credit Card Operations group
- Minimum 2 years of banking experience or relevant schooling to banking experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Working knowledge/experience with commercial cards preferred but not necessary
- Industry and/or business banking knowledge with regards to credit card operating and payment systems
- Ability to maintain up to date knowledge of the Bank's Card policies and procedures to provide efficient internal partner as well as client support
- Proven experience in demonstrating or creating initiatives – think outside the box
- Be a champion for change
- Ability to concurrently manage multiple projects and timeframes
- Have a developed sense of urgency
- Excellent organizational, problem solving, analytical, planning, and scheduling skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary to communicate with all levels of Bank management
- Proficiency in Access and/or other advanced Microsoft products is a bonus, but not necessary
- This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay someone for this position, however, as a supplier your expected pay range may differ: (USD)28.00/hour-(USD)30.00/hour
