ENTERPRISE PROGRAM MANAGER WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
The Fraud Product Manager function includes the following responsibilities:
* Develops, manages, and owns all Fraud Products from a business perspective that support defined fraud strategy and contribute to the bank's competitive edge in the marketplace.
* Abreast of Stakeholders needs aligned to the fraud program and actively works with vendors to find solutions/ Fraud Coverage.
* Develops and enhances strategic products to meet the fraud program goals.
* Provides direction and support relative to product design, enhancement, research, pricing/fees, implementation, analysis, reporting and performance. Product Management is an ongoing cycle.
What you will do
* Manage team of fraud business product owners and assigned pieces of the overall product portfolio
* Working with stakeholders identify, evaluate and implement measures to improve product performance, capability and fraud coverage.
* Identify, evaluate and implement opportunities/needs for product enhancement and development.
* Keep up to date on Fraud landscape, industry trends, new fraud technology.
* Develops information materials on product features, benefits, requirements, pricing and services.
* Review product pricing on an annual basis for all assigned products. Make recommendations and implement including disclosure, training, and colleague communication.
* Drive requirements documentation with stakeholders while partnering closely with vendor(s), technology and development teams to implement
Must-Have*
* Minimum 5 years of banking experience required.
* Minimum 5 years of supervisory/managerial experience.
* Minimum 10-15 years of product management
* Minimum 10 years of experience managing medium to large complex projects.
Skills and Knowledge
* Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.
* Excellent organizational, problem solving, analytical, planning, and scheduling skills.
* Extensive Fraud/business knowledge.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as, strong presentation skills.
* Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
* Business Product Owner experience with the ability to concurrently manage product owners, products and timeframes is necessary.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary to prepare comprehensive reports, make presentations and communicate with all levels of Bank management.
* Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint are essential; Access and other advanced programs would be beneficial.
