Lead AI Enablement Analyst
WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? The Lead AI Enablement Analyst will serve as an operationally-focused right hand to the AI & Automation Manager, driving day-to-day execution of enterprise AI and automation initiatives while maintaining visibility with senior leadership. This role combines technical AI expertise with detailed program management, delivering measurable business outcomes in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment. The ideal candidate is AI-native, engaged with emerging technologies and research, and seeking meaningful impact in a startup-like setting that will supercharge their career growth.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Execute and coordinate high-impact AI and automation use cases across the organization
- Manage the AI use case inventory, including intake, tracking, prioritization, and governance; serve as product manager for the AI use case tool and related governance systems
- Conduct research on latest AI advancements and industry-leading practices; apply emerging frameworks and approaches to organizational initiatives
- Support development and implementation of AI-powered solutions that enhance customer engagement, improve colleague productivity, and support operational efficiency
- Work with IT and business functions to ensure effective integration of AI solutions with existing systems and processes
- Analyze and optimize budgets and resource allocation for assigned AI and automation initiatives
- Engage business stakeholders and sponsors to communicate progress, impact, and strategic priorities; support senior executive visibility and board-level reporting
- Ensure solutions comply with SR 11-7, EU Fair AI Act, and other relevant regulatory frameworks
- Question assumptions and identify opportunities to accelerate or optimize AI adoption; challenge status quo thinking
- Support C-Suite and Board-level reporting on AI initiatives, outcomes, and emerging possibilities
- Balance strategic insights with operational excellence, managing multiple programs and driving deliverables in matrix environments
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED? Required Qualifications*
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technology-enabled business transformation, AI, or analytics
- Minimum 3 years of direct experience executing and coordinating large-scale technology initiatives
- Proven ability to manage multiple programs and drive deliverables in matrix environments
- Experience in AI/machine learning or advanced analytics in enterprise settings
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with senior executives and influence decision-making
- Regulatory compliance experience in financial services preferred (SR 11-7, Fair AI frameworks)
- Strong technical understanding of AI/ML concepts with genuine interest in staying current with emerging technologies
- Fluency in translating technical AI capabilities into business problems and outcomes
- Knowledge of industry-leading AI research, agentic architectures, and emerging frameworks
- Excellent program management and organizational skills with attention to operational detail
- Comfortable challenging status quo and operating in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
- Ability to engage with senior leaders and communicate complex concepts clearly
- Strong data product and analytics mindset
- Product management experience or exposure preferred
- Snowflake experience preferred
- MBA or equivalent professional experience preferred
- 3+ years in Financial Services preferred
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU? Compensation Starting base salary: $80,000- $140,000 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
