PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT CLIENT CARE COORDINATOR WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? Coordinates client and operational support to a Portfolio Management Team to deliver exceptional client/business partner experience. Assist the Portfolio Management Team to solve client and advisor issues as it relates to operational and logistical inquiries. Acts as the primary Portfolio Management team liaison with all Client Service teams including New Accounts, Billing, Performance, Client Relationship colleagues. This person may also provide some office management support with regards to office and equipment repairs and maintenance. WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Assist the Portfolio Management team to solve client and advisor issues as it relates to Operational and logistical inquires.
  • Act as the primary Portfolio Management team liaison with all Client Service teams including New Accounts, Billing, Performance, Client Relationship colleagues.
  • Ensures partner/client information is accurate and adheres to regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Provide exceptional service to partners/clients in order to uphold high-quality service to maximize relationship growth and retention.
  • Provide support for webinars and partner/client outreach efforts.
  • Manage all aspects of maintaining client relationships by providing PMs with support appropriate with established service models for quality and timeliness. This will include active involvement of scheduling meetings, creating and distributing materials, as well as some travel planning and submitting expense reports.
  • Assists Portfolio Management team in expanding growth opportunities by identifying efficient ways to reach out to partners/clients.
  • May have additional responsibility to occasionally provide coverage to other PM teams.
  • Utilizes appropriate applications and technology to ensure smooth operations for the PM teams.
  • Assists in gathering information from various sources to adhere to regulatory requirements. Direct contact with partners/clients to request documentation/information.
  • May have responsibilities with coordination of the office, such as logistics associated with maintenance of equipment and premises.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED? Required Qualifications*
  • H.S. Diploma
  • Minimum four years in a client relationship support capacity
  • Minimum four years' experience working in a professional team environment required.
  • 4 years of computer experience required (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Powerpoint)
Additional Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of Bank personnel and customers.
  • Ability to use computer and various software programs including MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU? Compensation Starting base salary: $25.93 - $41.43 per hour. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
