SENIOR SECONDARY MARKETING OPERATIONS SPECIALIST WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? Responsible for supporting ongoing strategic business plan through facilitation of reporting and communication both in and out of Secondary Marketing as well as trade management. Team player with the ability to drive key initiatives and department strategy independently; to assist in tracking our internal/external KRPs/KRIs as set forth by the business/company. WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Daily margining, collateral management and position reconciliations.
• Works closely with traders, and risk managers to centralize assumptions with respect to pricing, trading, and hedging considerations for alignment to Secondary's policies, processes and procedures.
• Communicates and helps to align all investor reporting and fulfillment requirements at the direction of the Secondary Marketing Manager and/or Traders.
• Provide guidance to team members and various internal partners on enhancing, establishing and maintaining appropriate controls and governance for Secondary Marketing activities.
• Involved in working with 1st and 2nd LOD partners for communication needs, reporting, and strategy metrics.
• Establish financial metrics within the LOB and track performance thereof; communications with key partners in the Bank.
• Partner with Secondary Marketing leaders to provide meaningful reporting and information to internal partners, management, investors, and counterparties.
• Back-up Secondary Marketing leaders and the LOB to perform necessary job functions and create processes for variety of team members and Bank partners

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED? Required Qualifications*

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• 10-15 years broad based residential mortgage origination, servicing, operations and underwriting competencies. Including but not limited to capital markets experience with investors/counterparties and business partners.
• Capital Markets, Secondary Marketing, Origination, Servicing, Product Guidelines and knowledge of secondary marketing investors/liquidity measures in a Loans Held for Sale/Investment multi best execution platform.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU? Compensation Starting base salary: $92,114 - $156,880 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
