GENERAL DESCRIPTION
This grant -funded position under the direction of the Assistant Director of Human Development and Services performs responsible supervisory and administrative work by serving as a senior management teamThe employee of this class is responsible for the management of HIV/AIDS programs, including Ryan White. Work involves overseeing program finances, staffing, general operations, developing and managing community linkages, project monitoring, evaluarogram goals, objectives, policies and procedures. Performs other work as requested.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Master's degree, one year of practical experience working in a Ryan White, HIV/AIDS, or other healthcare program, and one year of supervisory experience (may include project supervision).

SUBSTITUTIONS
Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES/REGISTRATIONS
(Unless otherwise specified below, must possess at the time of appointment and must be maintained current throughout employment in this classification.) None.
