We are looking for a highly motivated and customer focused individual to join our Edmonton Transit Service (ETS) team as a Customer Care and Programs Coordinator. In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive relationships between ETS and the public. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and coordinating various ETS programs.

What will you do?

  • Respond to and monitor the follow-up on customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate and administer ETS programs, ensuring adherence to guidelines and procedures
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and program activities
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and program delivery
  • Monitor program performance and identify opportunities for service improvement and program enhancement
