Are you a skilled DevOps & Observability Specialist ready to make a significant impact? Play a vital role in ensuring the stability, performance, and efficiency of our enterprise IT systems. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining monitoring, observability, automation, and cloud infrastructure solutions to optimize IT operations, centralize data and processes, and improve visibility for support teams and customers. What will you do?
- Research, validate, design, deploy, and manage observability and reporting platforms, leveraging them to drive value in alignment with branch direction and objectives
- Develop real-time monitoring dashboards, alerts, and log analysis pipelines to detect system anomalies provide visibility to stakeholders
- Serve as a technical mentor for IT analysts and support teams in areas of operations, automation, and observability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (infrastructure, application, and security) to drive improvements, facilitate adoption of tools and software solutions, and identify opportunities for growth
- Develop and maintain code to integrate tools and platforms, improve reliability and efficiency via automation, and enhance existing processes
- Support and enhance incident, problem, and change management processes
- Consolidate and centralize data and processes to improve accuracy and eliminate gaps
- Provide operational support and guidance across IT teams
