
Description
The CX Project Manager II is responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of customer experience projects, from conception to completion. This includes defining project goals, developing project plans, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. The CX Project Manager II will also work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects meet the needs of all stakeholders. They will communicate current and upcoming CX-related projects to leadership teams and internal and external partners, focusing on customer-centricity while maintaining awareness of project progress and potential setbacks.
Responsibilities:
- Leads projects - initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing.
- Identifies team, project scope, project charter, stakeholders.
- Establish relationships with vendors or external third parties.
- Mitigates issues with the team to ensure the team is happy and productive; coaches team members to help resolve problems.
- Focuses on delivery of project(s); accountable for project outcome.
- Evaluates challenges and risk involved in project, develops plans to manage both.
- Develops tracking processes to ensure transparent understanding of task progress.
- Oversee quality control – ensure work is completed on time and on-budget.
- Makes decisions; keeps projects on track; adjusts timeline, allocated resources, and expectations up until delivery.
- Sets and monitors project budget; authorizes project related expenses.
- Coordinate with Experience Insights Lead to ensure priorities are mapped within scope of work.
- Assist in acquiring vendors, budget, approvals, or resources for higher complexity research projects.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Compensation:
As a CX Project Manager II with Clayton Homes, you will be receiving a salary wage ranging from $85,000 - $106,000, depending on experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Project Management Certification a plus
- 2+ years' related experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to communicate with technical and non-technical resources across different audiences to drive results as needed
- Able to lead multiple projects or one large project while maintaining forward momentum for the overall project portfolio
- Proficiency in project management software(s)
- Strong organizational skills
Travel Requirements: As Needed, 10% estimate
