JOB SUMMARY

The Operations Intern will be responsible for supporting the Operations team with fleet management functions, centralized scheduling functions, and pricing, as directed by leadership on the Operations team.  

Provide Support to Fleet Functions

• Assist with the successful rollout of a new fleet management software for the division.
• Perform data collection from Locations in preparation of rollout.
• Create and provide analysis of what we are able to collect ahead of rollout.

Approx % of Time Performing Duty:60

Provide Support to Scheduling Functions

• Create and provide analysis of schedule adherence.
• Support and development of pipeline reporting.

Approx % of Time Performing Duty:25

Provide Support to Pricing Functions

• Assist with information collection and analysis of data for pricing assessments.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Pursuant of Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Data Analytics, or related field preferred.

Years of Related Experience: Interest or experience in residential, commercial, or industrial construction experience a plus.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs):  

• Knowledge and comfortability using the Microsoft suite, especially Excel.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally both in written and oral communications.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to stay organized and utilize time management skills to efficiently complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.
• Excellent attention to detail when working through any requested task.
• Team player that is willing to learn and grow with the team.
• Reliable with strong attendance and work ethic.
• Ability and willingness to travel when necessary (less than or equal to 15% of total job function).
