- NBSTSA certification required for CVOR, CST
- HIPAA Safety Manual Acknowledgement required annually
- Job Details
- Minimum of 18 months PERM CSFA experience
- Shift Time: 8am-630p
- Able to assist in general ortho, plastics, vascular neuro, robots
- On-Call: 1-2 times per week after shift until 0800
- Required to take call 1 weekend (24hrs Saturday and 24hrs Sunday) per 6 week schedule
- AHA BLS - current
- Orientation hours – (32-40hrs.) will be paid at 50% of base hourly rate
- Job Requirements
- MUST have NBSTSA cert in hand, CSFAs only
- More than 18 months of permanent experience as CSFA
