Bethany is hiring a School-Based Therapist for the Quad Cities area.
$1,500 Sign-on Bonus for Independently Licensed Clinicians (LISW or LMHC)
$1,000 Sign-on Bonus initially Licensed Clinicians (LMSW or tLMHC)
Bethany for Children & Families in Davenport, Iowa is currently looking for several full-time, school-based therapists to join our Behavioral Health team starting with the upcoming 2024-2025 school year. School-based Mental Health Therapists work within their assigned primary or secondary schools and enjoy the flexibility associated with a school-year calendar! Work schedule is 9.5 months a year, with a 9.5-month salary paid out over 12 months. We offer a competitive benefits package with the ability to earn incentive bonus. Applicants must hold a Master's degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling and be eligible for licensure in the State of Iowa. Supervision toward independent licensure may be provided at no expense to the licensee.
Salary Range: $42,500.00 to $60,000.00 (9.5-month work schedule paid out over 12 months)
School-Based, Mental Health Therapist Position Benefits:

School-Based, Mental Health Therapist Performance Objectives:
• Provide clinical therapy for a specific client caseload referred from schools, medical providers, the Iowa Department of Human Services, the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services, and other community referral sources.
• Evaluate and assess the needs of clients referred for services.
• Utilize clinical interventions supported by evidence-based practices.
• Coordinate services through collaborative efforts that involve families, schools, case managers, hospitals, community resources, medical and non-medical providers, vocational, social, and support services.
• Meet regularly with the assigned clinical supervisor for oversight, direction, and clinical review of current caseload.
• Maintain clinical records and all required data and reports as dictated by legal and regulatory requirements and file all necessary reports in a timely manner.
