Description
We're looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Web Solutions Architect to provide technical leadership who responsible for building tools that enable stakeholders in web application, design, and content to compose customer-facing pages across our business units. This role is critical to bring enterprise web architect level technical knowledge within team. Along with managing E-Commerce platform, this role will be also managing relationship with 3rd party like Adobe etc. The role will be also responsible for providing backend support and maintenance of the website or other web solutions or SharePoint type applications.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ overall years of software development experience either building web applications and APIs
- At least 3+ years of leadership experience, directly managing individual contributors
- 10+ years building highly available, performant, scalable, and stable web applications or backend services
- 10+ years of experience in leading large scale web platform and successful leadership to execute while partnering with stakeholders
- 10+ years of experience in providing coaching, mentoring, or training to different team members within a matrix environment.
- 10+ years of experience in providing coaching, mentoring, or developing junior developers from different team members within a matrix environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Backend development on enterprise class applications
- Deep knowledge and expertise to provide technical leadership on E-Commerce packaged applications such as Magento, WordPress etc.
- Experience with front-end web frameworks like React or Angular
- Experience with Node.js
- Experience building accessible websites
- Exposure to GraphQL and RESTful web services
- Experience working with a source versioning tool, such as Git
- Experience with testing and proficiency with a testing framework (e.g., Jest, RTL, Cypress, Playwright)
- Exposure to DevOps tools, processes, and culture (e.g. Kubernetes, Docker, CircleCI, etc.)
