CPS Solutions, LLC is seeking a Director, 340B Solutions to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering high-impact consulting services across our Pharmacy Solutions division.  As a full-time exempt leader, you'll collaborate with senior and divisional leadership, subject matter experts, and client stakeholders to drive innovative 340B initiatives. You'll lead consulting engagements, oversee regulatory compliance, and ensure operational excellence through on-site assessments, data-driven analysis, and actionable reporting.

We are seeking candidates who have the following Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy; with advanced degree preferred

  • Holds a Pharmacist license in good standing or direct pharmacy operations oversight experience in a 340B covered entity

  • 5+ years of recent hospital pharmacy leadership experience with 340B (both operational and oversight)

  • Experience analyzing 340B operations and practices; then making recommendations for improvements 

  • Experience with 340B regulatory compliance for hospitals, contract pharmacies, FQHC, and other 340B eligible locations

  • Expert knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations related to 340B and associated billing practices

  • Experience with 340B split billing software, Third Party Administrator software and experience with at least one electronic  medical record system.

  • Ability to pass a company Motor vehicle (MVR) background check

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Self-directed and ability to work independently

  • Ability to lead and constructively influence others
