A Day in the Life of a Business Services Float
In this role, you will provide comprehensive support across various departments within the Revenue Cycle Business Unit, ensuring operational fluidity and high-quality service delivery. Your daily activities include directing visitors, handling phone inquiries with exemplary etiquette, and managing information release according to policy. As a Business Services Float, you'll tackle both routine and complex administrative tasks, from sorting mail to charge entry for clinic and hospital services. You will also be instrumental in maintaining an organized work environment by sorting, scanning, and filing documents, and ordering supplies as necessary. The position requires readiness to handle emergencies resourcefully, demonstrating problem-solving skills that contribute directly to patient and staff satisfaction.

Education and Experience Required
- Ability to properly operate all equipment for this position
- Successful completion of the general clerical, basic math, 10-key, and data entry standards administered by Cuyuna Regional Medical Center Human Resources staff
