As an RN Clinic Baxter, you’ll be pivotal in managing both direct and indirect patient care. You will conduct patient assessments, educate on treatment plans, and administer medications and vaccinations, ensuring detailed documentation and compliance as per protocol. Challenges include multitasking in a dynamic environment and maintaining high standards of care under the rigorous guidelines of regulatory bodies. Your role facilitates critical communication, linking patients, physicians, and other healthcare departments to optimize care coordination. Typically, you will manage a variable caseload, adapting daily based on patient needs and clinic schedules, which requires flexibility and acute problem-solving skills.

• Strong patient advocacy skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in oncology knowledge and guidelines

• American Heart Association BLS certification within 30 days of hire
• Minnesota RN license

• Previous clinic nursing experience

The pay range is listed above. Actual pay rate offered is determined based on experience as an RN. Please be sure to include all applicable experience in your application.
