Summary:

The Director of Operations is responsible for creating a culture of cooperation, fostering effective communication, and driving cross-functional teamwork to achieve strategic objectives. The primary responsibility of this role is to maximize business operations performance, refine processes to enhance productivity, and ensure overall organizational success and cultural wellness. The Director of Operations ensures cohesion between internal and external teams, aligning organizational values and mission with overarching partnership engagement. This role collaborates closely with the Advanced Metrics Leadership team.

This position is a part of our Advanced Metrics Systems.

Schedule: FT (40 hrs) Flexible Schedule.

This is a remote position and we are able to hire staff living in PA, MD, NJ, SC, and GA. Must be able to travel to Mountville, PA (Lancaster County) and to client locations for meetings as needed. Wage Information:

$70,000.00 annually.

Job Description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 
 

Partnership Engagement-Collaborative   

  • Advise Partnership team on healthy engagement strategies and solution-oriented tactics to encourage healthy communication and streamlined project management with customers.  

  • Collaborate with Leadership Team to ensure projects are uniformly managed, documented and reported upon 

  • Utilize analytical skills to identify and resolve complex problems, developing innovative solutions that align with organizational goals and objectives. 

  • Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, providing guidance and consultation on collaboration best practices. Assess client needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and facilitate the implementation of collaboration tools and methodologies. 

 

Business Operations 

  • Create and maintain organizational documentation including updates to SOPs, processes, policies, company handbook, templates, etc.  

  • Design and implement efficient processes, forms, and documents that facilitate seamless collaboration and information flow across teams, ensuring clarity and consistency in communication. 

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of collaborative strategies that drive organizational success including dissemination and analysis of pulse survey. 

  • Work with leadership to inform and enhance culture. 

  • Standardize onboarding and offboarding documents and manage process  

  • Work with COO to ensure policies and operating procedures are reviewed annually. 

  • Ensure documents are version controlled and maintained. 

  • Assist with the adherence to the yearly Strategic Plan as well as the creation of new editions of the Strategic Plan each fiscal year 

  • Track quarterly goals and coordinate with employees to support successful implementation of the company strategic plan. 

  • Assist with the organization and maintenance of SOC 2 compliance tasks to ensure documentation of controls and reviews are organized and readily available.  

 

Sales and Marketing 

  • Guide sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure smooth handoffs and effective communication throughout the customer lifecycle. Provide guidance on collaboration strategies and tools that enhance customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention. 

  • Direct business development lifecycle  

  • Monitoring and refining sales development processes, leveraging technology to improve efficiencies. 

  • Ensure marketing objectives align with growth initiatives set forth by the senior leadership team. 

 

Communications-Collaborative 

  • Collaborate across teams to develop effective communication materials, presentations, and visuals that promote collaboration initiatives, both internally and externally. Ensure brand consistency and alignment with organizational guidelines. 

 

Technology Development – Collaborative  

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer requirements and requests inform product development roadmap without impeding on current company growth strategies and initiatives. 

 

Executive  

  • Collaborate closely with senior leaders to understand their vision and provide comprehensive support in executing strategic initiatives.  

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Partnership Managers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.  

  • Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork across all departments. 

  • Lead with a high quality of output, encouraging team members to take ownership and strive to identify new ideas and opportunities. 

  • Support senior leadership team in any and all business needs of the company (legal, HR, etc.)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:   

  • Knowledge of computers and web-based software systems. Sees the potential in and understands the use of technology in process improvement. Understands how information technology tools simplify, streamline, and improve overall output. 

  • Ability to speak and write in a clear, logical, and grammatical manner using accepted English grammar. Ability to use and comprehend verbal and written instructions in English. 

  • Ability to work collaboratively with others. 

  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and multi-task.  

  • Ability to incorporate company values in all aspects of role. 

  • Understanding of the importance of company culture and potential positive impact this position has on company culture. 

 

Minimum Education, Credentials, and Experience: 

Bachelors degree in business, communication, social work or a related field 
Experience in the health or human service sector preferred (2-4 years). 
Previous supervisory experience preferred (3+years) 

 

Special Requirements: 

Must be able to work flexible hours when needed for high priority customer and team member needs. 
Must have valid driver's license, good driving record, and access to a reliable transportation to attend trainings, and meetings, which may include occasional overnight stays. 
Must have the ability to obtain clearances as defined by regulations. 
Other special requirements will be determined based on the needs of the position.
