This is a great opportunity in the Enterprise Martech organization for anyone excited in supporting critical Marketing Technology operations to run alongside deliverables aimed at digital transformation driving business growth and operational excellence across the Marketing organization.  The Platform Operations Senior Manager plays a critical role in ensuring stability and operational excellence of key platforms across the Marketing Technology stack including content, personalization, data, and messaging. Concurrently, the Senior Manager will support the growth, adoption and usage of Marketing Technology platforms and capabilities to deliver cross-enterprise experiences.  This individual will report into Lead Director of Platform Operations and support a variety of day-to-day functions. This may include, but is not limited to, configurations, access governance, controls, usage reporting, release coordination and planning, quality best practices, incident management, metrics reporting (e.g., email/SMS delivery, site/web traffic, etc.). The individual will also work proactively with the Lead Director of Platform Operations to introduce strategic platform management, governance processes and operating best practices to improve delivery quality, platform stability and achievement of adoption goals.    To achieve this, this individual will collaborate closely with key members of technology product management, marketing operations, technology engineering and architecture, as well as a range of additional technology, business, operations specialists. This person must be passionate about being engaged in the details of technology. *Specific responsibilities for this role include:  * * Refine and develop operations processes that continually enhance, improve, and proactively monitor and measure health and performance of the Marketing Technology stack. * Take point on post incident remediation support and escalations. * Manage internal requests that require platform-based metrics. * Support incident management root cause analysis as needed in partnership with Engineering. * Take point on developing reporting (standard and ad hoc) in response to business inquiries and work with Engineering to implement. * Collaborate with platform owners to support key day-to-day platform related activities. * Establish detailed KPIs and metrics to track and report on platform performance and then transform this data into insights and strategy. * Establish and maintain inventory of platforms, vendors and capabilities represented within our CVS Health Marketing Technology stack. * Establish governance around release implementations and testing practices. *Required Qualifications:* * 5+ years in Marketing Technology or operational support roles in technology, either directly involved in the operations of platforms and agile delivery teams. * 3+ years of Adobe Platform experience, AEM. * 3+ year of Marketing Technology vendors related to customer facing experiences in web/mobile and messaging including vendor and/or internally built platforms.    * 5- years of experience using analytical and quantitative skills, including the ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and recommendations   * 5+ years of experience working independently, leading initiatives, and establishing strong working relationships. * 5+ years of experience in large, matrixed organizations * 3+ years of experience with visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Airtable, etc.). *Preferred Qualifications:* * Demonstrated ability in taking on end-to-end ownership of projects and successfully delivering results in a highly matrixed organization. * Take point on post incident remediation support and escalations. Metrics reporting (e.g., email/SMS delivery, site/web traffic, etc.). * Ability to consistently act with urgency and while remaining adaptive to changing priorities, decisive under ambiguity, and meeting compressed timelines.        * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate rationale and needed courses of action to engage diverse audiences. * Excellent written and communication skills as well as business and financial acumen. *Education:* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.    *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $124,372.50 - $267,800.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.    In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities.  The Company offers a full range of medical, dental, and vision benefits.  Eligible employees may enroll in the Company's 401(k) retirement savings plan, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan is also available for eligible employees.  The Company provides a fully-paid term life insurance plan to eligible employees, and short-term and long term disability benefits.
