Duties include: analyze and coordinate data management processes and solutions to improve speed and efficiency source data from PBM, Business, IT, and/or HealthCare business; manage data analytics project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope, and assess business implications; guide the work of technical staff designing highly scalable and extensible data platforms including RDBMS, Big Data, and Cloud to collect, store, model, and analyze massive data sets; enable data and batch/real-time analytical solutions that leverage emerging technologies; develop prototypes and proof of concepts for solutions and implement complex data engineering projects; define project requirements and assign responsibilities to project personnel; identify and resolve operational data issues in timely manner; verify the accuracy and quality of data and communicate analytic results; develop data analysis, visualization, and data-driven insights for healthcare metrics; and mentor junior team members. Multiple positions. - Requirements: Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, or a related field and completion of a university-level course, research project, internship, or thesis in each of the following: programming in Java, Python, or R; SAS or SQL programming languages; machine learning, statistical analysis, or predictive modeling; analyzing large data sets from multiple data sources; cloud technologies: Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). *Pay Range:* $90000.00/year to $180000.00/year. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
