This role acts as a product owner for new reporting requests and is responsible for assessing scope of new projects, overseeing, and managing various projects and driving successful outcomes by using a hands-on approach to requirements and deliverables. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, strong requirements/ analytical skills, and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with a cross-functional team to develop requirements and coordinate the delivery of projects using the scaled agile framework. The role requires a strong understanding of healthcare insurance and experience with analytics & reporting capabilities. Ability to query data to understand business gaps and issues is a plus. The candidate should be able to effectively lead discussions with business analysts and technical teams to prioritize and finalize requirements and collaborate with IT project managers to schedule and manage the deliverables of the project. We are looking for a strong leader who requires minimal day to day guidance and can independently handle project deliverables, escalate risks and issues and work with cross-functional stakeholders to report status. If you are a quick learner and want to work in a fast paced, collaborative environment, this job is a great fit for you. *Required Qualifications* Proven experience (7+ years) in business analysis and/or project management roles for IT projects Strong leadership skills and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels. Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques (agile preferred) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Health insurance and claim background is preferred. Knowledge of SQL, relational databases & analytical tools preferred *Education* Bachelor's degree *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $60,300.00 - $132,600.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
