Position Summary: CVS Pharmacy, Inc., a CVS Health company, is hiring for the following role in Woonsocket, RI: Manager, Store Operations to formulate and apply mathematical modeling and optimization methods to various data sources and leverage insights to improve decision-making and policy formulation around staffing and scheduling operations. Duties include: collect and analyze data to optimize logistics and resource distribution for Enterprise Workforce Management; automate processes, improve reporting capabilities, and develop insights to improve staffing and assign resources to high priority initiatives; build and deploy analytic models and reporting to scale up utilization and care management, network design, reporting, and other programs; support the development of a best-in-class team of Enterprise Workforce Management data and analytics experts that transform and automate the labor and scheduling reporting used by field leaders across more than 20,000 locations; provide collaborative tools that deliver data-driven insights to cross-functional teams to improve quality/service, scripts/sales, and cost efficiency; acquire and analyze raw data and create large and complex analytics datasets to support business needs; leverage exploratory data analysis to define clear next steps for open-ended requests; perform correlation analysis for various key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify over- and under-spending trends and develop recommendations; perform data analysis to demonstrate business value, identify technical gaps, and recommend cost saving initiatives; implement data science solutions to business problems and create reports addressing operational issues; extract actionable insights from analysis of various data sources and interpret outcomes using complex models and data visualization, and present recommendations to stakeholders including technical and non-technical audiences and management; and work with data scientists and domain experts to make evidence-based recommendations for operational improvement. Multiple positions. - Requirements: Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Data Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Requires one (1) year of experience in each of the following: Programming in SQL, Python, or R; Visualization tools, including Tableau or PowerBI; Teradata, Oracle, and Access; Alation or Trifacta; Machine learning, statistical analysis, or predictive modeling; and MS Excel, including writing advanced Excel formulas and using conditional, vlookups/hlookups, sorting and filtering, array formulas, and VBA macros, pivot reporting, and conditional formatting. Pay Range: $98717.00/year to $130000.00/year. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
