Position Summary: CVS Pharmacy, Inc., a CVS Health company, is hiring for the following role in Woonsocket, RI: Manager, Supply Chain Systems to coordinate production and distribution of technology products to effectively manage supply chain systems, limit costs, and improve accuracy and customer service for the CVS Health Supply Chain Systems team. Duties include: implement new or improved supply chain products to improve efficiency or performance; define performance metrics for evaluation of supply chain factors, such as product quality, customer satisfaction, and cost; manage product activities related to supply chain systems that balance business viability, technology feasibility, and user/customer desirability for the product portfolio roadmap; oversee implementation of technology products that enable Omni-channel fulfillment to delight the customer and improve colleague user experience; leverage technology products to refine existing procedures and identify opportunities to streamline activities to meet product needs, drive efficiencies, reduce labor, and improve order accuracy with a balanced focus on colleague engagement and retention; manage the development of new product applications and drive an iteratively innovative feature roadmap to improve existing applications and processes; partner with users to be expert on user experience across all applications within the assigned portfolio; work with internal teams, vendor partners, and information technology (IT) to understand process challenges and drive improvements; and leverage knowledge of supply chain business processes and software product management to develop technology products that are highly business process oriented. Telecommuting available. Multiple positions. Up to 30% domestic travel required. - Requirements: Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Engineering, Engineering, or a related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Requires two (2) years of experience in each of the following: Oracle SQL, Teradata SQL, and Spark SQL; Supply chain planning and project management; Warehouse management systems, including Infor WMS; Logistics software systems, including Intelligent Audit and UPS Quantum View; MS Excel, including writing advanced excel formulas and using conditional, vlookups/hlookups, sorting and filtering, array formulas, and VBA macros, pivot reporting, and conditional formatting; and Power BI/Tableau. Position also requires six (6) months of experience in each of the following: SalesForce, Trifacta, or ThoughtSpot. Pay Range: $117520.00/year to $136500.00/year. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
