We are looking for an innovative business strategist with an established ability to deliver value through the use of advanced operational solutions and technology.  The Sr. Manager, Innovation Strategy will drive progress on delivering the long-term vision/roadmap of personalization through bringing to market new decisioning and delivery capabilities. In this role, there is heavy collaboration with cross-functional and technical teams, and you will drive change management across both internal and external stakeholders. You will supervise two project managers and report to the Director level, with consistent exposure and engagement with Senior Director and VP levels. Responsibilities:  * Develop strategy for agile efforts prototyping new capabilities that support member engagement strategy, delivery and creative execution, with a focus on personalized discounts. * Understand & synthesize customer, channel, and category performance metrics of innovation solutions to recommend scaling plans. * Manage intake process and prioritization of projects for agile innovation pod and AI recommendations. This includes continual re-prioritization alongside leaders as new information is uncovered or organizational priorities change. * Provide periodic updates to leaders about test results and implications of findings for the overall business. * Connect with leaders across the retail organization to understand their strategic goals and propose new capabilities for testing. * Foster synergy between agile innovation pod and AI recommendation teams and capabilities. *Required Qualifications* 5-7 years' experience in data-driven marketing, product strategy, and/or strategy development in a retail, consumer packaged goods, or consulting environment. *Preferred Qualifications* Outstanding strategic thinking and analytical skills. Ability to identify and propose big, bold ideas that are outside of current business constructs. Proven ability to translate business concepts into technical execution roadmap and identify business impacts of decisions while building technical capabilities. Experience managing multiple cross functional technical teams, managing tradeoffs to produce the optimal product. Product management experience, especially in an Agile environment. Excellent communicator, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization. Strong ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple concurrent initiatives, deliver impactful and mistake-free work product. Leadership skills, with the ability to self-manage, prioritize and deliver on multiple concurrent initiatives that have significant financial impact. Flexible and can tolerate ambiguity and still operate effectively. A passion for understanding and meeting the needs of the customer. Demonstrated capability to deliver work and provide positive leadership in fast-paced, multi-project team-oriented environment. *Education* Bachelor's Degree is required. MBA preferred *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $79,200.00 - $174,200.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.    In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities.  The Company offers a full range of medical, dental, and vision benefits.  Eligible employees may enroll in the Company's 401(k) retirement savings plan, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan is also available for eligible employees.  The Company provides a fully-paid term life insurance plan to eligible employees, and short-term and long term disability benefits.
