We want everyone who works at CVS Health to feel empowered by the role they play in transforming our culture and accelerating our ability to innovate and deliver solutions to make health care more personal, convenient and affordable. *Position Summary* The purpose of the Senior Manager, Organized Retail Crime is to develop and oversee a team of Regional Investigators across four divisions that specialize in safeguarding CVS assets from losses due to large-scale organized external theft and fraud.  This includes managing up to $75 Million dollars in liability and risk generated by National Professional Theft Crews, Serial Violent Crime, International Criminal Organizations and Large Scale E-commerce Fraud affecting CVS. This position is the CVS Subject Matter Expert on serial external crime and related threats to profitability and customers / employee safety.   The primary responsibilities are to develop and implement effective strategies to identify, investigate and minimize losses caused by organized external theft and large-scale fraud and to oversee all investigative operations, initiatives and personnel assigned to this specialized unit. This includes coordinating with Senior Law Enforcement to create operational plans for large-scale deployments, enforcement actions and multi-million dollar product recoveries. Charged with communicating effectively across multiple business entities and building trust relationships with CVS Senior Leadership in Store Operations, Logistics, Legal, Quality Control, Safety, and Asset Protection. This role is remote and covers California, Arizona and Texas. *Required Qualifications* * 5+ years Retail Loss Prevention or Law Enforcement experience directing large scale, complex investigations.    * 3+ years Managing a team of Corporate Investigators or Detectives in Financial and Property Crime.    * Proven track record in recognizing and resolving large scale ecommerce and online fraud. (.com) * Proven ability to resolve investigations and deploy tactics to reduce risk from serial violent crime including armed robberies, store takeovers and overnight burglaries in the Pharmacy and Front Store. * Understanding of Logistics and successful resolution of cargo theft, hijackings and large scale diversion.           * Excellent communication and leadership skills. * Proven track record in directing and resolving multi million dollar complex, multi-jurisdictional investigations.  * Proven ability to work across multiple business channels and coach a team across wide geographic territories.  * Ability to work independently and produce sustainable results with minimal supervision. * Availability to work off hours and weekends with 50% travel on short notice. *Preferred Qualifications* * Subject matter expert on the threats, tendencies and prevention of external crime and fraud in a retail environment. * Knowledge of Large Scale Product Diversion, E-commerce fraud and Property Crimes. * Informed on latest and current innovation and technologies offered in product protection and the investigation of complex external theft.  * Skilled in instruction of static, mobile and electronic surveillance including GPS solutions.    * Skilled in securing law enforcement engagement and commitment through detailed case presentations and relationship building.  * Ability to direct a multi-pronged approach to detect, prevent and investigate E-Commerce fraud across all marketplaces.  *Education* * High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. * Bachelors degree preferred. *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $75,400.00 - $174,200.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.    In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities.  The Company offers a full range of medical, dental, and vision benefits.  Eligible employees may enroll in the Company's 401(k) retirement savings plan, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan is also available for eligible employees.  The Company provides a fully-paid term life insurance plan to eligible employees, and short-term and long term disability benefits.
