Reporting to the Lead Director of Retail Pharmacy FP&A, you'll be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and analytics in various areas impacting Pharmacy Margin. In this job, you will interact and closely partner with other teams such as the Pharmacy Operations and Payer Relations groups. Superior analytical and communication skills are important in this role, as you will be interacting with senior management on a regular basis. This is a highly visible role in providing senior management with the information they need to make critical business decisions. *Responsibilities include:* * Analyze results and summarize key drivers of variances to expectations and assist with the month-end close process, including preparation of supporting materials * Work on both routine and complex analytical projects as an individual contributor and in partnership with the broader Pharmacy FP&A team * Develop and maintain dynamic planning models for projecting short and long-term financial performance and running scenario analyses * Partner with various groups such as Pharmacy Operations and Payer Relations to enhance the accuracy of forecasts / budgets and to manage risks and opportunities affecting the business * Help support the long-term financial planning process and assist with strategic initiatives as needed * Provide analytical support for ad hoc analysis as requested by senior management *Required Qualifications* Minimum of 5 - 8 years of professional finance work experience *Preferred Qualifications* • Healthcare/Pharmacy industry work experience • Prior financial management experience and track record of steady progression • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills • Microsoft Excel experience using functions such as PivotTables, VLookup, Filters, etc. *Education* Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred, not required) and or equivalent relevant experience *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $79,200.00 - $174,200.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.    In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities.  The Company offers a full range of medical, dental, and vision benefits.  Eligible employees may enroll in the Company's 401(k) retirement savings plan, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan is also available for eligible employees.  The Company provides a fully-paid term life insurance plan to eligible employees, and short-term and long term disability benefits.
