- The Nuclear Medicine Technologist is a graduate of an accredited program AMA school and registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT), maintains a State License as a general radiographer or NMT or has Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) registry.
- The NMT is responsible for providing timely diagnostic and therapeutic services to both inpatient and outpatients under the direction of a Radiologist and departmental protocols.
- Responsibilities include but are not limited to: administering a variety of nuclear isotopes for the purpose of scanning for and detecting pathology, regulating equipment used to scan, and prints, develops and organizes films.
- Job Requirements
- BLS, ARRT R, ARRT (N) OR CNMT registered
- 2 years' experience in Nuclear Medicine preferred
- Travelers submitted without the necessary information or requirements will be rejected
- Must include permanent home address on the submission
- Must be greater than 50 miles from facility
- Schedule Information
- Shift: Days 8a-5p, Monday-Friday with weekends & call (call rotation every 3-4 weeks)
