This role is PRN or as needed (12 Hour Shifts)
We are currently hiring for Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join the National Lutheran Communities & Services family. The main focus is to provide services like medication administration and personal care services. You will also be responsible for providing direct, hands- on care to residents to ensure residents attain or maintain the highest possible physical, mental, and emotional well-being. We count on you to provide care for your residents the way you'd care for the needs of your own family.
The salary range is $21.00 - $26.50 per hour based on experience.
Requirements
You will need a C. N. A. Certification and a Medication Aide. Knowledge of safe medication administration techniques is required. You will need the ability to work independently, have a team player mentality and a passion for serving older adults. If you have experience in a healthcare setting, even better!
