Job Overview:

Trinitas Regional Medical Center is a full-service healthcare facility serving those living and working in Eastern and Central Union counties. The hospital was established in January 2000, following the consolidation of St. Elizabeth Hospital and Elizabeth General Medical Elizabeth, NJ hospital operates on two major campuses. Trinitas Regional Medical Center has 554 beds, including a 120-bed long-term care center, and Trinitas Regional Medical Center is proud to offer state-of-the-art medicine backed by compassion and competence. Qualifications

Active NJ RN License or Multistate RN License with NJ Endorsement

BLS certification through American Heart Association

Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing

Scheduling Requirements:

Full time, days

On Call requirement

Essential Functions:

The Registered Nurse (RN) organize and administers individualized age-specific professional care to patients within an assigned unit of the hospital in support of medical care. Supports philosophy, objectives and the mission and vision of Saint Barnabas Medical Center and the Department of Nursing. Practices in accordance with the State Nurse Practice Act, American Nurses Association Standards of Practice, Code of Ethics for Nurses, Department of Health Regulations, TJC requirements and other regulatory agencies. Participates in patient teaching and discharge planning. Participates in unit Performance Improvement evaluation activities.
