We are currently hiring dependable and caring Care/Medication Technicians for our overnight and evening teams.

As Care Giver/Medication Technician, you'll play an essential role in enriching the lives of seniors, creating meaningful connections, and making a difference every single day.

Your Role:

As the Care Giver/Medication Technician, your role includes providing hands-on care, administering medications, and offering physical and emotional support to residents while maintaining a safe and comfortable home-like environment.

  • Location: 9000 IBIS WAY, VENICE, FL 34292
  • Rate of Pay: $17-18
Available Shifts:
  • Full-Time & Part-Time 3rd Shift
    • 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
  • Part-Time 2nd Shift
    • 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
    • Every Other Friday & Saturday
What You'll Do:
  • Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care
  • Administer medications as directed and document appropriately
  • Provide compassionate support while promoting resident dignity and independence
  • Monitor residents and report any changes in condition
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
  • Respond calmly and professionally to resident needs and emergencies
  • Work closely with the nursing and caregiving team to provide exceptional care

Qualifications:

  • Compassionate, dependable, and team-orientated
  • Strong communications and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize responsibilities
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred
  • Previous experience working with seniors preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and demonstrate good judgment
