**Key Responsibilities:**

- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing.
- Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards set by management.
- Protect and care for equipment and ensure that there are no inadequacies or damages.
- Notify superiors of any damages, deficits, and disturbances within the facility.
- Deal with reasonable requests with professionalism and patience.
- Comply with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
- Replenish and manage stocks and supplies, ensuring they are readily available for use.
- Collaborate with other housekeeping staff and report necessary repairs and maintenance issues.

**Qualifications:**

- Prior experience as a Housekeeper or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Physical stamina and mobility are necessary to carry out duties.
- Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
