General Summary:
Responsible for managing the budgeting and forecasting process, variance analysis, and supporting activities.
Manages complex processes and systems used for forecasting operational expenses. Ability to connect enterprise KPI's, operational forecasts and financial results. Manages consolidation of financial statements, and leads major ad hoc analyses and various projects. Knowledge of excel modeling best practices and exhibited experience building complex financial models. Expected to lead junior analysts and positively contribute to team culture.
Job Details:Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee the SG&A variance analysis process and ensure effective and accurate communication to senior management. Track significant drivers to measure impact on future forecasts and budgets.
- Manage the SG&A/ZBB budgeting and forecasting process. Supervise staff and coordinate the distribution of assumptions, gathering of inputs, validation, etc. with senior management of all areas of the business and ensure accurate forecast/budget data is loaded into Lawson for financial reporting.
- Continuous improvement/streamlining of SG&A, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
- Support Executive Management reporting, Board and external audit material preparation.
- Tracking and reporting of key company initiatives in collaboration with functional owners.
- Assist with ad hoc analyses and projects involving cross-functional fact-gathering, documentation of assumptions, development of complex models, and reporting of results to senior management.

- § Prior Oracle experience not required but encouraged
Work Experience &/or Education:
- 4-8 years relevant experience in financial analysis and management of budget/forecast processes with exhibited history of progression in career.
- Bachelor's degree required and MBA, CFA, or CPA encouraged.
