General Summary:
Responsible for leading key analytical processes to support the company's operational initiatives through reporting and analytics. Ownership of decision support tools used throughout Operations to support of all process, profit, and sales enhancing activities. Ensures reporting packages are updated on specific cadences with accurate and actionable information. Serves as a regular advisor to store operations, ensuring the appropriate use of analytics to support operational improvement.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ownership of reporting packages to support internal business partners. Responsible for regular refreshes, enhancements, and workflow optimization of reports.
- Conducts analysis across various operations KPIs, providing insights on overall performance, trend analysis, and outlier management. Provides feedback and guidance to business partners.
- Develops targets and goals through detailed analysis to achieve desired business outcomes. Defines criteria and measurements for success and tracks progressions against goal.
- Performs regular quality assurance processes to ensure accurate and consistent reporting to business partners.
- Formulates potential recommendations / solutions through detailed analyses and identification of profit enhancing opportunities.

- Analytical – Ability to “data mine”, identify problems, develop actionable solutions, and execute required plans.
- Ability to set objectives for processes and determine if completed.
- Effective communication – Ability to communicate effectively in-person and through documentation to facilitate change - Ability to identify and document strengths and opportunities of all levels of leadership
- Detail Oriented - Having demonstrated ability to identify inconsistencies and errors through careful review of data and processes.
- Organizational - Ability to manage a challenging work, multi-project/task schedules.
- Technical - Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets and databases - Ability to gain internal system knowledge for data-streams as needed.
- Experience leveraging Microsoft Power BI for report development.
Work Experience &/or Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, or another related field. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and database applications. 2-4 years of work experience in retail/analytics preferred.
