General Summary:

Responsible for executing all bank account changes and assisting with new store bank accounts. Act as primary point of contact for banks and field employees on cash management issues. Maintain and monitor bank fee analysis detail database. Assist with various Treasury projects

Job Details:

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for executing store bank account changes, including location research, requests for proposals, preparing opening account documentation, ordering supplies and communicating with the field.
  • Assist with the new store bank accounts process, including documentation and bank and field communication.
  • Collect monthly bank fee analysis information for populating tracking database which includes detailed costs for all banking services. Analyze bank fees to ensure charges are correct and assist with bank fee forecasting purposes.
  • Maintain all bank signature cards and depositor agreements for store bank accounts. 
  • Act as primary point of contact for banks and the field for cash management issues or requests, routing as appropriate for resolution.
  • Assist with Treasury projects as needed.

  • Knowledge of cash management and banking.
  • Attention to detail, accurate and the ability to consistently meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational, planning, and prioritizing skills.
  • Ability to be a team player and is customer service driven.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to proficiently work with Microsoft Office applications.
Qualifications:

Work Experience &/or Education:

  • High school diploma (associate's degree a plus), plus one to two years of experience in Treasury, banking or related area.
