That's Nice, But What's the Job?

As the Business Partner, Employee Experience (Employee Experience Operations) at Bridgecrest, you will collaborate closely with Operations leadership to develop and implement best practices that cultivate a high-performing workforce. Your role is central to aligning HR strategies with operational objectives, ensuring that talent management, performance optimization, and employee engagement initiatives are seamlessly integrated to drive organizational success.

In long, our Business Partner, Employee Experience you are responsible for: 

  • Partner with business leaders to address complex organizational and talent challenges, offering insights and recommendations to assess and meet current and future organizational needs.
  • Develop and implement HR services, policies, and procedures that are measurable, value-added, and aligned with business objectives, aimed at increasing employee success and satisfaction.
  • Lead talent strategies related to succession planning, workforce planning, reorganizations, and transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and future workforce needs.
  • Facilitate change management efforts to support organizational growth and transformation.
  • Support the implementation and execution of performance management programs, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback processes.

Friendly and tactful with the ability to influence others, effectively manage conflict, exercise sound judgment, effectively manage highly sensitive and confidential information, interact at all levels within the organization, and build cross-functional partnerships across the business 
  • Rebel with a cause.  You are always looking beyond the obvious for continuous improvement. 
  • Takes a hold of the wheel.   You'll need to take the initiative and be comfortable doing so. 

The Specifics

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 5+ year of Human Resources experience
  • 3+ years of Leadership experience managing multiple teams, multi-site management experience preferred
  • Experience with leadership development 
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective teams and motivate employees
  • Strong initiative, drive, and strategic planning skills
  • Willingness to set and maintain high standards of performance
  • Strong technical, interpersonal, and management skills
  • Exhibit an understanding of the auto industry, our competitors, and the business climate
