Job Summary:
Englewood Health seeks a full-time Administative Assistant who will report to the Director, Development & Communications of the Englewood Health Foundation.  In this role, the Administrative Assistant will provide general clerical/secretarial support for the Development & Communications Division. Job Essentials: The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements and competencies:

  • A minimum of three to five years' Administrative Assistant experience.
  • Prior administrative or clerical support experience in the field of fundraising and development highly preferred.  
  • Proficient in MS Word (Mail Merge), MS Excel, MS Powerpoint and Social Media. Raiser's Edge experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exemplifies service excellence.

 

Education Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • A College Degree is preferred.
