Job Summary:
The Behavioral Health Manager will be responsible for managing and further developing The Gregory P. Shadek Behavioral Care Center at Englewood Health. This Center is committed to the overall behavioral health and wellness of individual patients, families, and residents in the Englewood Health community. Under the direction of the Practice Administrator, this position supports practice site operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff. The Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of our comprehensive and integrated outpatient program. He/she will work in close partnership with outpatient psychiatrists, outpatient Licensed Clinical Social Workers, and additional members of our behavioral health team on initiatives and programs. The Manager will supervise our Center's outpatient psychotherapists, who provide individual and group therapy to our patients and community members. He/she will also provide administrative oversight to our Access Center Intake Coordinator(s,) as well as overseeing our Behavioral Health non-clinical employees.

The Manager is also responsible for overseeing our Opioid Task Force, assisting in the further development of policies and procedures within the Health System and educating our community and staff. Finally, the Manager will collaborate with community leaders and regional partners to establish programs that provide front-line clinical, educational, preventative, and navigation services with a focus on mental health and substance use.

EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED
- · Master's of Social Work degree
- · Courses in health care office management preferred
- · 3-5 years experience in a behavioral health role, in addition to administrative experience in a medical office
- 3+ years of managerial or team leadership experience preferred.
- · Spanish speaking, preferred
- · Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- · Skill in planning, organizing, delegating and supervising
- · Skill in evaluating the effectiveness of existing methods and procedures
- · Knowledge of organizational policies, procedures and systems
- · Ability to read, interpret and apply policies and procedures
- · Knowledge of medical practice terminology

Englewood Health provides a minimum rate to comply with New Jersey Law. The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The minimum rate does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation. In addition to the minimum rate, eligible employees may receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other wellness resources.
