Job Summary:
Responsible for collaborating with Sr. Director of Digital Strategy and Innovation on planning and executing digital strategy and innovation initiatives for the enterprise. Under the direction of the Sr. Director of Digital Strategy and Innovation, the director is charged with discovery, planning and execution of prioritized initiatives on the Digital Transformation roadmap. This includes stakeholder collaboration, discovery of operational needs to define scope, readiness needs, operational process shift, and performance tracking. In this role, will facilitate and manage assigned digital initiatives to design and execute action plans to accomplish organizational goals, including improving access, engagement, experience and outcomes for patients and the communities we serve.

• Experienced leader of cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to learn and adopt lessons to incorporate in planning and execution.
• Proven leadership skills and experience in successfully managing complex and innovative projects and serving as valued change agent/leader
• Effective communicator, consensus builder and synthesizer of ideas and recommendations
• Understanding of and passion for digital optimization and innovation and proven ability to drive innovation within the health system.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.
