Job Summary: Provides administrative/secretarial assistance to senior executives.
Department: Cancer Treatment and Wellness Center
Location: Englewood, NJ
Status: Full Time
Shift: 8 hour Days
Hours: 8am - 4pm

Flexibility and willingness to perform tasks across both executive and administrative support functions.

Ability to effectively support both the Medical Director and Cancer Center Director with calendar management, meeting coordination, project tracking, and administrative tasks.

Skilled in developing agendas, presentations, and supporting documentation for meetings and accreditation requirements (e.g., CoC, QOPI).

Competence in managing documentation, tracking deadlines, and preparing organized materials for accreditation and compliance reviews.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree Required

The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The minimum rate does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation.
