Job Summary:
The Facilities Operations Coordinator is responsible to support the Facilities leadership team in helping facilitate strategic and operational improvement with capital projects. Project management duties include coordinating meetings, facilitating Contractors schedules and follow ups, updating project plans and escalating issues where necessary to achieve desired outcomes. Reports to VP,of Facilities Management and Sr. Director of Facilities and Construction Servicesr, works collaboratively with Facilities and Boiler room Staff , and colleagues across the organization.

Status: Part-time 2 (Temporary) for one year
Shift: 8 hour shift
Hours: Variable
Job Essentials: The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements and competencies.
- Organization/planning skills and experience strongly preferred

- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills required.
