Job Summary:
The IT Support Analyst provides support to end users at Englewood Hospital and other remote locations that are part of Englewood Health. In this role, the IT Support Analyst coordinates with teams to implement plans and necessary updates to ensure reliable day-to-day operations of key systems.

Job Essentials: The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements and competencies.
- Ability to plan, coordinate, initiate, document, troubleshoot, and organize.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Position requires the ability to interact with all levels of hospital staff, vendors, consultants, etc.
- Proficient in all versions of Windows, Microsoft Office, Office 365 or equivalent.
- Proficient in Android and IOS experience.
- Proficient with Desktop Management solution eg, Manage Engine, Ivanti, SCCM.
- Experience working with MDM and two factor authentication.
- Experience working with imaging tools
- Understanding of networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, Email, HTTP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP protocols and applications.
- Experience working in real-time environment is a must.
- Must be able to work beyond normal business hours.
- Motivated, team-oriented, and driven to satisfy the customer base.
- Extron, Crestron, Lutron, DMX, Digital Signage, Zoom Rooms, Polycom knowledge/experience is a PLUS.
Education Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree for formal course work and work experience equivalent to a two-year degree preferred.
Englewood Health provides a minimum rate to comply with New Jersey Law. The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The minimum rate does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation. In addition to the minimum rate, eligible employees may receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other wellness resources. Minimum rate: $23.50
