Job Summary:
The Leadership Giving Specialist is responsible for coordinating daily activities associated with the implementation of the Foundation's Leadership Giving Program. The Specialist will provide support to the responsible staff and volunteers to assure that all aspects of the Program are managed in a professional and timely manner. This position reports to the Director, Principal and Planned Gifts.

Job Essentials: The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements and competencies.
- Three years' experience in a development office with demonstrated experience in the primary areas of responsibility outlined above required
- Proficient in MS Word, Mail Merge, Excel, PowerPoint and social media. Raisers Edge experience a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task
- Highly developed customer service experience and acumen
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required.
Englewood Health provides a minimum rate to comply with New Jersey Law. The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The minimum rate does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation. In addition to the minimum rate, eligible employees may receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other wellness resources.
