Job Summary:
The Medical Assistant Float provides clinical and administrative support across multiple physician practice locations and departments. Under general supervision, this role assists with patient care, rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, preparing patients for examinations and procedures, maintaining accurate medical records, and supporting efficient patient flow. The Medical Assistant Float demonstrates flexibility, professionalism, and Service Excellence in every interaction while adapting to the needs of various clinical settings.

Job Essentials: The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements and competencies.
- Bilingual
Education Requirements:
- High School Graduate or equivalent or 5 years of Medical Assistant/PCT experience
- Completion of an accredited program for Medical Assistant/Patient Care Technician (PCT) preferred
License/Certification/Registry:
- Current CPR Certification.
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)/Registered Medical Assistant (RMA)/Patient Care Technician (PCT).
- Certification required for injection administration and medication documentation/handling.
