Job Summary:
In concert with and under the direction of the Director of Supply Chain, the Purchasing Supervisor oversees daily procurement operations, supervises purchasing staff and ensures the timely, accurate and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. This role is responsible for optimizing purchasing processes and delivering high-quality service to internal stakeholders.

Job Essentials: The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements and competencies.

  • 5+ years of purchasing or supply chain experience, preferably in healthcare.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with ERP systems required; knowledge of Infor/Lawson preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment


Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.

The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The minimum rate does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation. In addition to the minimum rate, eligible employees may receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other wellness resources. 
Minimum rate: $35/hr
