Description
A progressive healthcare system in central New York is adding another ENT/Otolaryngologist. The new physician will join a team of three ENTs and three NP/PAs.
Practice Highlights
- ENT services include otology, laryngology, facial plastic surgery, sinus surgery, head, and neck surgery
- Solid in-house referral base includes over 100 primary care clinicians
- Rhinology focus would be a huge plus (not required)
- Call no more than 1:4
Compensation/Benefits:
- Salary guarantee ranges from $400,000 - $476,675 + production bonus
- Sign-on bonus up to $100,000
