Job Title: SkillBridge Account Manager

Duration: Minimum 120-day/4-month training program
Role Overview:
As a SkillBridge Account Manager at EPIC Brokers, you will train for a pivotal role, focusing on learning and understanding Property and Casualty or Employee Benefits Insurance policies. This role is designed to help you transition from military service to a civilian career. You'll gain expertise in business insurance policies, processes, and procedures to support current clients and contribute to expanding our book of business through cross-selling, marketing, and efficient client communication.
Responsibilities:
Manage Business Insurance Policies:
- Oversee the full book of Business Insurance policies.
- Monitor policy renewals and maintain an organized renewal schedule.
- Track open items and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and manage monthly expirations.
- Manage policy endorsements, cancellations, audits, and notices effectively.
Collaborate and Support:
- Work closely with producers and internal teams.
- Provide support to the sales and service team during renewal marketing.
- Leverage EPIC resources on written materials for presentations.
- Research client operations on their websites.
Cross-Sell and Enhance Existing Business:
- Assist with pursuing opportunities to cross-sell Business Insurance policies.
- Review and analyze current policies for existing clients.
Client Relationship Management:
- Assist in managing existing client relationships.
- Coordinate and collaborate with account teams to deliver exceptional service.
- Research and support new business production efforts.
Hands-On Experience and Licensing:
- Complete the Property and Casualty (P&C) or Life and Health license test for your state.
- Gain practical experience within EPIC Brokers.
- Use this program as a steppingstone to a rewarding full-time career.
Qualifications:
Experience Requirements:
- Education: College degree preferred or equivalent working experience.
- Military Transition: Current active military servicemember seeking a SkillBridge transition role, available for a minimum of 4 months (ideally 6 months).
- Licensing: Willingness to study for and successfully complete Property and Casualty licensing requirements.
- Software Proficiency: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (word processing, spreadsheets, database, and presentation software) preferred.

Salary Range:
The national average salary for this role is $55,000-$65,000 in base pay (exclusive of bonuses or benefits). The actual base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, certifications, education, and market data.
