About the role:

As a Senior Product Manager for our global eInvoice solution, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction, development, and success of our eInvoice product portfolio. Leveraging your expertise in product management, compliance regulations, and market trends, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers and partners worldwide.

 

What you will do:

  • Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the global eInvoice solution, aligning with business objectives, market trends, and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer support teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and drive product development initiatives.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback sessions to identify market opportunities, customer pain points, and emerging trends.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product performance, track progress against goals, and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for eInvoice compliance regulations and standards, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Drive the successful launch of new product features and enhancements, ensuring seamless integration with existing Epicor systems and delivering maximum value to customers.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries, feedback, and support.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and market dynamics related to eInvoice compliance, ensuring product offerings remain competitive and compliant.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in agile product development processes, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

 

 

 

 

What you will need to succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • 9+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of success in developing and managing eInvoice solutions on a global scale.
  • 4+ years of experience in delivering global eInvoice solutions.
  • Deep understanding of eInvoice compliance regulations and standards, including but not limited to VAT, GST, and electronic invoicing requirements across different countries and regions. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable product plans and strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience working in agile development environments, with proficiency in agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, JIRA).
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving successful product launches and go-to-market strategies.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong sense of accountability, ownership, and commitment to excellence.
