Description

Assists the Treasury Management sales team with managing existing client relationships in order to meet and exceed the needs and expectations of clients as well as service goals. Coordinates proper and accurate documentation related to Treasury Management product implementations, pricing, and exception pricing set-up. Supports maintaining existing commercial relationships by providing direct client service for deposit and Treasury Management products and services and assists with the preparation of proposals, pricing proformas and strategic decks as needed.

Essential Job Responsibilities

1. Assists the Treasury Management sales team with managing existing client relationships in order to meet and exceed the needs and expectations of clients as well as service goals.

a. Assists TMO with identifying top 25 customers and help ensure reviews/meetings are scheduled annually at minimum

b. Identifies cross-sell opportunities

c. Identifies process and procedure gaps

2. Provides direct client service for deposit and Treasury Management products and services.

3. Builds client relationships by identifying client needs, recognizing cross-sell opportunities, and communicates them to Treasury Management Sales Officers and/or management.

4. Coordinates proper and accurate documentation related to Treasury Management product implementations, pricing, and exception pricing set-up.

5. Accurately prepares and maintains various monthly and ad hoc sales and service reports in a timely manner, i.e. Monthly Pipeline, Call Tracking, Revenue Tracking, and RDC Tracking.

6. Maintains and develops a thorough knowledge of the features and benefits of all Corporate Banking products and services. Develops an awareness of other partner lines of business and products in order to identify bank-wide cross-sell opportunities.

7. Assists Treasury Management Sales Officers with the preparation of proposals and pricing proformas as needed.

8. Supports the ACH Credit Risk process through the preparation of new limit and limit renewal requests.

9. Works with Treasury Management Sales Officers to oversee the proper execution of agreements in accordance with bank policy.

10. Creates and maintains the corporate client files and provides the appropriate follow-up as necessary.

11. Researches more complex issues and provides resolutions. Assists with pricing inquiries and answers questions on accounts. Works with branches/offices and prepares maintenances.

12. Maintains a working knowledge of Book of Business within assigned portfolios to be able to answer questions for clients when the Treasury Management Sales Officers are unavailable. Builds relationships with clients so that they have an alternative contact person within First Commonwealth.

13. Coordinates items required by Audit and follows-up on findings.

Bona Fide Occupational Qualifications

1. An associate's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is required.

2. Minimum of three (3) years related experience required. Prior knowledge of sales development is preferred.

3. Excellent MS Word and Excel skills, Customer Service and communication skills, ability to work as a team player and prioritize work effectively are all required.

4. Strong computer skills with ability to learn internal systems are required.

5. May be eligible for Telecommuting.
