Major Responsibilities
- Completes assigned duties to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures and standards required for successful performance.
- Composes, types and prints reports, general letters, spreadsheets, e-mail, and memoranda from rough drafts or general instructions.
- Gathers and organizes data to provide information for departmental special projects or reports.
- Makes copies, runs reports, provides assistance for projects as assigned, and other administrative tasks.
- Organizes hard or soft files.
- Assists in preparing written reports.
- Accompanies professional level employees on assignments.
- Completes any other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education or Certifications Required
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
- Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university (degree and/or level in college desired depends on department)
Minimum Experience or Skills Required
- Basic computer skills (certain departments may desire more specific experience).
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Good organizational skills.
