Primary Responsibilities:

• Incident/Accident/Complaints
  • Driver statements
  • Incident/accident investigation
  • Riskonnect
  • Insurance payouts
  • Driver/TP re-education
• Insurance/Claims
  • Coordinating all insurance claims, payouts, etc.
  • Works closely with corporate risk team
  • Develops SOPs, etc.
• Safety
  • Safeguard First Student compliances and standards. Promote safety standards and provide materials necessary to ensure everyone's safety.

This is a Remote Position.

Minimum Experience or Skills Required:

• 5+ years related experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
• Strong attention to detail
