About the Position
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to support our daily administrative and accounting operations. In this role, you will perform clerical, bookkeeping, and data entry tasks to ensure accurate record-keeping, compliance with contractual requirements, and efficient office operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate accounting records for receipts and disbursements.
  • Perform administrative and clerical tasks, ensuring compliance with contractual and legal requirements.
  • Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
  • Handle correspondence via fax, email, and mail as required.
  • Administer accounting data and payroll processing.
  • Input and extract data from the Fleet MIS system to provide reports for management and clients.
  • May assist with all payroll duties and functions.
  • May assist with all reconciliation duties and functions, which would require Trapeze PASS experience.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to meet business needs.

Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, with coursework in bookkeeping preferred.
  • Up to 2 years of administrative experience.
  • Experience in office administration, data entry, or clerical work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
